Full-service UGC content

We create short, everyday-user-style videos for social media, advertising and product pages. We manage the full cycle: ideas, creator selection, scripts, filming, editing and adaptations. You receive finished videos featuring your product with clear usage terms.

What UGC content is

UGC is video made in the style of everyday users: first-person, natural and often filmed on a phone. A person holds the product, explains how to use it, unboxes it or answers questions. This format fits social feeds and advertising because it resembles content people watch daily.

We do not present scripted videos as independent reviews. We film with performers following a script. This is an honest advertising format, not an opinion from a random buyer.

UGC is content, not access to the creator's audience. You receive finished videos for your own channels and advertising. If the creator needs to show the product to their followers, that is influencer collaboration.

Rights, duration and territory are agreed in advance. Before filming, we record where, for how long and in which countries the videos may be used.

Posting on the creator's profile is separate. If needed, we agree it separately with the performer.

We do not guarantee views or sales. We are responsible for video quality and compliance with the brief. Advertising results also depend on the offer, campaign settings and budget.

When to commission UGC content

01 /

Polished creatives have become too familiar

Perfect light, perfect product, perfect model. Yet the scrolling thumb barely slows down.

02 /

You need many variations for testing

Several different videos help test which works best in advertising. Separate shoots for every variation take time and money.

03 /

The product needs to be shown in someone's hands

Size, texture, how it opens and how it works. Sometimes ten seconds of video explain more than a description.

04 /

Nobody is willing to appear on camera. Nobody on the team wants to be filmed, and the owner has already made three videos and does not want to do more.

05 /

You need videos for product pages

For marketplaces and online shops, so buyers can see the product in real life.

UGC video formats

01 /

Product demonstration

The product in someone's hands and in use. Suitable when the priority is showing how it looks and works.

02 /

Unboxing

From opening the box to first use. Works well for products where packaging and included items matter.

03 /

How-to explanation

A short first-person guide that answers questions holding people back from purchase.

04 /

A scripted video

A brief story: situation, problem, product, solution. For advertising and social media.

05 /

Answering a customer question

A performer answers a common product question. Useful for ads and product pages.

    Ideas

    We propose ideas and formats for your task.

  3. 03

    Creator selection

    We select a creator or actor who fits your audience.

  4. 04

    Workflow

    We write a script using the key messages you approved.

Who appears in the videos

You do not have to appear on camera. However, if you are building a personal brand, an actor cannot replace you: customers want to see the person they will work with.

Want to appear on camera yourself? Our instructors can prepare you through speech, delivery and on-camera confidence work. Public speaking and on-camera skills

What you approve and when

Ideas and key messages: what we say about the product and what must not be promised.

The performer: who appears on camera.

The script: before filming, to avoid surprises on set.

The rough cut: before the final version and adaptations.

What you receive and how you may use the videos

01

A set of materials

  • the agreed number of edited videos;
  • adaptations for formats and durations;
  • versions with subtitles;
  • scripts.
02

Usage terms

Before filming, we record:

  • where videos may be used: brand social accounts, advertising, websites and marketplaces;
  • for how long and in which countries;
  • whether source files are included;
  • whether publication on the creator's profile is needed.

You know in advance what you can do with the videos, rather than finding out once the campaign is live.

What we need from you

  • the product for the shoot and agreement on who arranges delivery;
  • a brief: product, audience and intended uses of the videos;
  • key messages and restrictions: what can and cannot be claimed about the product;
  • brand guidelines, if available;
  • someone to approve ideas, performer, script and editing.

If the product belongs to an advertising-regulated category, such as supplements or cosmetics, tell us at the start.

UGC content pricing

What determines the cost

  • the number of videos;
  • formats and durations;
  • the number of performers;
  • script and location complexity;
  • the number of adaptations;
  • the scope of rights, such as advertising usage and duration.

UGC content questions

Can’t find your question?

Go to form
Do we need to appear on camera?

No. Videos feature performers selected for your audience. You participate by approving ideas, performer, script and editing.

Is posting on the creator's profile included?

No. By default, you receive videos for your own channels and advertising. Creator-profile publication is agreed separately. If you specifically need an influencer's audience, influencer collaboration is a better fit. Influencer marketing and creator partnerships

Can the videos be used in advertising?

Yes, if included in the usage terms. Channels, duration and territory are agreed before filming so neither you nor the performer faces uncertainty later.

How are scripts approved?

We first agree ideas and key messages, then write the script and send it to you before filming. We film only the approved script.

Who supplies the product and arranges delivery?

You supply the product. We agree at the start who arranges delivery to the performer. Product and delivery costs are not included in video pricing.

How does UGC differ from influencer advertising?

UGC delivers finished videos for your channels and advertising. Influencer advertising places content in front of the creator's audience. In the first case, you buy content; in the second, the attention of the creator's followers. All questions and answers
