Marketing launches for products and new business areas

We prepare and manage marketing launches for new products, services, venues or business lines. We define the audience and offer, prepare materials, launch campaigns and analyse the initial data, so the first weeks support sales rather than fixing what was not ready in time.

What a marketing launch means at Eqvola

A marketing launch prepares and starts sales of a new product or business line: who we address, what we say, which channels we use, in what order, and how we assess performance. Eqvola creates the launch plan, prepares materials, launches campaigns and analyses the initial data.

Marketing preparation, rather than product creation. You prepare the product, service or venue itself. If the product is digital and does not yet exist, it can be built through our Software development under a separately agreed scope.

A launch depends on business readiness: who takes orders, whether prices are ready and whether the date is realistic. We record these dependencies at the start rather than discovering them on launch day.

Advertising budget and production are separate. Eqvola's fee does not include ad spend, shoots, printing or influencer fees.

Initial data indicates a direction, not a final result. The first weeks help us understand what works and adjust the plan. We do not guarantee sales at launch: these also depend on the product, price and how orders are handled.

A service, app or online platform that needs its first users.

When to involve us

01

The launch is coming soon

If the launch is on Monday and today is Friday, we can still help. We will be clear about what we can do well in time and what should wait until after launch.

02

The launch happened, but something went wrong

The product is already on the market, but sales are below expectations. We start by analysing what happened and prepare a relaunch plan.

What we do before, during and after launch

01 /

Before launch

  • define the audience and briefly review competitors;
  • shape the offer and key messages;
  • create a launch plan with a schedule and responsibilities;
  • prepare materials: a website page, content and ad creatives;
  • set up analytics and check where enquiries will go.

You approve the offer, plan and materials before launch.

02 /

Launch

  • launch advertising campaigns and publications;
  • announce the launch through your channels;
  • check that enquiries reach your team rather than getting lost along the way.

At launch, we stay in close contact so issues can be addressed that day.

03 /

After launch

  • analyse initial data: where enquiries come from, what worked and what did not;
  • adjust campaigns and materials;
  • prepare recommendations for the next stage.

What you receive

01 /

A scheduled launch plan

What happens before, during and after launch, when, and who is responsible.

02 /

Offer and key messages

How to explain the new product so customers understand why they need it.

03 /

Approved materials

A website page, content and creatives within the scope agreed at the start.

04 /

Configured campaigns and analytics

Advertising is live, measurement works and enquiry sources are visible.

05 /

An initial-data report

What the first weeks showed, what we changed and what we recommend next.

These are marketing deliverables. Sales also depend on the product, price and how your team handles orders.

What you need to have ready

Before advertising starts, make sure the business can receive customers:

  • the product or service is ready to sell, or has a realistic readiness date;
  • it is clear who takes and fulfils orders;
  • prices and terms are defined;
  • there is a channel for enquiries: a website, phone, messenger or CRM;
  • the advertising budget is approved;
  • someone is responsible for approving materials and decisions.

If something is missing, we move the date or change the launch format. Ads leading to a “coming soon” page spend money without selling.

If you do not yet have a way to receive enquiries, Eqvola can set it up through: Automation sales and enquiries.

Who works on the launch

If the launch needs a new page, app or enquiry-handling setup, you will not need to find another contractor. These can be handled through our Software development andBusiness process automation under a separately agreed scope.

What happens after launch

The launch is complete. You can then choose the arrangement that suits you.

04

Your team follows the handed-over plan

We hand over the plan, materials and access so your team can continue independently.

Launch formats and pricing

01

Preparation and launch, with optional support during the first weeks

Preparation and launch: planning, materials, campaign launch and monitoring during the first days.

With support during the first weeks: the same, plus initial-data analysis, campaign adjustments and a report with recommendations.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number of channels;
  • the volume of materials and production;
  • the time until launch: less time means more work happening in parallel;
  • the need for a website page or other technical work.
03

What is paid for separately

Ad spend, shoots, printing, offline placements and influencer fees. We agree these costs in advance.

What needs to be ready before advertising starts?

A product or service ready to sell, prices and terms, people to take and fulfil orders, a channel for enquiries and an approved advertising budget. If anything is missing, it is better to delay ads than pay for clicks that lead nowhere.

Can you create the product itself?

Yes, if it is a digital product such as a service, app or website. Eqvola's development team handles this as a separately agreed scope. You prepare physical products, premises and venue operations. Digital product MVP

Do you work on offline launches?

Yes, such as opening a venue or sales location. Online channels help announce the opening and bring visitors. Events, printing or outdoor advertising are agreed separately if needed. Event promotion and offline campaignsAll questions and answers
