Messenger, SMS and push communications

We prepare reminders, order-status updates and approved offers for the channels your customers use. Messages are concise, timely and sent only to people who have agreed to receive them.

What messenger, SMS and push communications mean at Eqvola

These are short messages delivered to a person's phone: appointment reminders, payment or delivery updates, or a personalised offer. We decide which message belongs in which channel, write the copy and set up delivery through a provider.

Each channel has its own rules. Business messages in Viber and WhatsApp are sent through a provider or an official business platform, and templates may require approval. SMS sender names are registered under the operators' rules. Push notifications work only where the person has allowed notifications in the app or browser.

We keep service and marketing messages separate. Offers go only to people who have opted in, with an easy way to opt out, and we limit frequency so messages do not feel like spam.

Conversational bots that answer customer questions are a separate automation service. This service covers messages the business sends proactively through agreed scenarios.

When you need this service

01 /

Customers forget appointments or visits

We set up reminders with an option to confirm or cancel an appointment, if your system supports it.

02 /

Customers ask where their order is

We prepare payment, dispatch and delivery notifications to reduce the number of such questions reaching managers.

03 /

Your customers rarely read email

We add channels they actually use and distribute messages between them.

04 /

Messenger campaigns are sent without a plan

We establish what is sent, to whom, how often, and who approves the copy.

05 /

You have an app but do not use notifications

We identify which push notifications are useful to users and which merely encourage them to disable notifications.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You choose the provider and approve the copy and rules; we prepare scenarios, configure delivery and monitor the results.

  1. 01

    Situation analysis

    We establish which messages are already being sent, from which systems, and whether consent is in place. Result: a list of scenarios to launch.

  2. 02

    Channels and provider

    We compare available options by their reach within your audience, cost and integrations. Result: an agreed set of channels.

  3. 03

    Scenarios and copy

    We write messages and define the events that trigger them. We submit templates for platform approval where required.

  4. 04

    Setup and testing

    We connect the provider, configure sending and test delivery. Complex integrations are handled by Eqvola's automation team.

  5. 05

    Control

    We monitor delivery, opt-outs and customer responses, remove unnecessary messages and refine the copy.

02 /

Ready-to-use copy and templates

Service and marketing messages approved by you and the platforms.

03 /

04 /

Communication rules

Consent, opting out, frequency and the process for approving new copy.

What we need from you

  • a provider agreement or a decision on which provider to connect;
  • access to the CRM, website or appointment system that will supply events;
  • details for registering the sender name and business accounts;
  • information about customers' messaging consent;
  • a person to approve the copy and frequency.

Sender-name registration and template approval depend on operator and platform rules, so we do not control the timing of these stages.

What determines the cost

01

Ways to work together

Channel setup. Scenarios, copy, templates and provider connection.

Ongoing management. We plan and send marketing messages and refine service notifications.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number of channels and conversation flows;
  • the complexity of integration with your systems;
  • the number of segments and language versions;
  • the volume of regular campaigns.
03

What is paid for separately

  • message charges and provider services at the provider's rates;
  • sender-name registration if the operator charges for it;
  • mobile app development required for push notifications.

FAQ

Questions about messengers, SMS and push

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Which channel should we choose: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS?

It depends on where your audience is, the message type, cost and platform requirements. A primary channel is often paired with a fallback in case the message is not delivered.

Can we send offers to everyone in our database?

Only to people who have agreed to receive marketing messages. Service notifications about an order or appointment are a separate category, but we do not add advertising to them without consent either.

Who pays for the messages?

Messages are paid for directly to the provider at its rates, separately from our work. We help compare options and estimate costs before launch.

How is this different from a chatbot?

Here, the business sends messages proactively in response to events or on a schedule. A chatbot holds a conversation: answering questions, collecting data and handing the conversation to a person. These services can be combined.

Are push notifications possible without an app?

Yes, through browser web notifications, if the website visitor has opted in. Support varies by browser and device. All questions and answers
