Partnership marketing and collaborations

We find companies with the same audience but a different product and help agree a joint offer, promotion or content. We prepare the mechanism, materials and tracking so each partner can see what they gain.

What partnership marketing means at Eqvola

Partnership marketing is cooperation with companies serving the same audience without competing with you. A joint offer, placement exchange, event or collaboration gives each partner access to new people through those they already trust.

The benefit must be mutual. A partnership lasts when each party understands what it receives. We therefore define each side's contribution, benefit and method of measuring results from the outset.

No exchange of customer databases. Customer contacts are not shared between partners without the individuals' consent. Each partner tells its own audience about the joint offer through its own channels.

Decisions and contracts remain with you. We prepare the partner proposal and can participate in negotiations, but you approve the terms. We do not provide legal support for contracts.

We do not guarantee partner agreement. A company may decline or propose different terms. We make the proposal clear and beneficial for them.

When you need this service

01 /

Advertising costs are rising, but the audience remains the same

You want to reach new people through brands they already trust.

02 /

You have a collaboration idea but no mechanism

You know who would be interesting to work with, but not how to structure the offer and calculate the benefit.

03 /

Previous partnerships produced no clear results

You exchanged posts, but nobody knows what it achieved. You do not want to waste time next time.

04 /

Your product complements another company's product

Buying or using them together is more convenient than doing so separately.

05 /

You need a network of agents or referrers

You want other companies or specialists to recommend you for a reward, and need rules and tracking.

What partnership marketing includes

01

Finding partners

  • a profile of a suitable partner: audience, product and values;
  • a list of companies worth approaching, with arguments for each;
  • a partner proposal: what they gain and what you gain;
  • preparation for negotiations and participation where needed.
02

Partnership mechanism

  • format: joint offer, bundle, placement exchange, shared content or event;
  • rules for agents and referrers if this is a partner programme;
  • allocation of roles, costs and materials between the parties;
  • a list of terms to include in the contract.
03

Launch and tracking

  • joint materials: copy, visuals and an offer page;
  • separate links, promo codes or partner codes for tracking;
  • launch support and communication with the partner's team;
  • a report for both parties and conclusions about continuing.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You approve the partners and terms; we handle the search, proposal, mechanism and tracking.

  1. 01

    Goals and resources

    We discuss whom you want to attract, what you can offer partners and your limits. Result: agreed goals and selection criteria.

  2. 02

    Partner selection

    We create a list of companies and a proposal for each. Result: a shortlist for your approval.

  3. 03

    Negotiations and mechanism

    We help conduct discussions and define the format, roles and tracking together with the partner.

  4. 04

    Launch

    We prepare shared materials, set up links and codes, and monitor the campaign.

  5. 05

    Campaign review

    We measure the results for each party and decide whether to continue, change terms or find other partners.

FAQ

Questions about partnership marketing

Go to form
How is partnership different from working with bloggers?

A blogger tells their audience about you, usually for payment. A partnership involves two companies, each contributing and receiving something. Working with bloggers is a separate service.

Can we exchange customer databases with a partner?

We do not recommend or participate in this: customer contact details cannot be shared without consent. Instead, each partner tells its own customers about the joint offer through its own channels.

How do we know whether the partnership worked?

We agree tracking before launch: separate links, promo codes and partner codes. After the campaign, each party sees its own results rather than just a general impression.

Do you negotiate with partners on our behalf?

We prepare the proposal and arguments and can take part in discussions. But decisions, terms and signing the contract remain with you. The legal work should be assigned to a lawyer.

What if a potential partner declines?

It happens, and that is normal. We therefore prepare a shortlist of several companies and establish the reason for refusal; sometimes changing the format or terms is enough. All questions and answers
