Brand visibility in AI search — GEO/AEO

We review what AI assistants say when people ask about your brand or category, then improve the public information used to build those answers. We do not guarantee AI recommendations.

AI assistantsPublic information

GEO/AEO in plain language

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, or read Google's AI overview, instead of browsing search results. GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) involve helping your brand be described accurately in these answers and giving it a chance to appear where relevant.

AI assistants build answers from publicly available information: your website, directories, reviews, media and discussions. If information is limited, contradictory or outdated, the answer may be too. The foundation of this work is clear, consistent and verifiable public information about you.

We do not guarantee recommendations. Answers depend on the model, its version, the question's wording and even the individual user. We are responsible for information quality and consistency, and for honest monitoring.

No artificial mentions. We do not create fake reviews, disposable websites or mass publications intended to “train” AI. Such methods are unreliable and damage reputation.

When you need this service

01 /

Customers say they “asked ChatGPT”

Some people already look for solutions through AI assistants. You want to know what they learn about you there.

02 /

AI describes you incorrectly

Outdated services, wrong addresses or confusion with another company. It is important to establish where this information comes from.

03 /

Answers mention only competitors

When asked about your category, the assistant names other brands. It is worth understanding which sources it relies on.

04 /

Key company facts are hard to find

They are scattered across website pages or hidden in PDFs and images.

05 /

You want to prepare for changes in search

It is better to organise public information in advance than to react after customer habits have changed.

What AI search visibility work includes

01

Diagnosis

  • a list of questions your customers may ask AI assistants;
  • checking answers in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI overviews;
  • recording errors, competitor mentions and sources used in answers;
  • an audit of public brand information on the website and external platforms.
02

Improving information

  • company, service and product pages with clear facts;
  • answers to common customer questions on the website;
  • schema.org structured data and checks of search and AI bot access in robots.txt;
  • consistent information in profiles, directories and catalogues.
03

External sources and monitoring

  • a plan for expert materials and publications on appropriate platforms;
  • recommendations for reviews and mentions without manipulation;
  • regular checking of the agreed question set;
  • a report on changes in answers.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You approve the question set and website changes; we handle research, preparation and monitoring.

  1. 01

    Questions and assistants

    Together, we define which questions your customers ask and which assistants matter to you. The result is an agreed question set.

  2. 02

    Diagnosing answers

    We check answers and record mentions, errors and sources. The result is a report on how AI currently sees your brand.

  3. 03

    Change plan

    We define what to fix on the website, in profiles and external sources, and in what order.

  4. 04

    Improvements

    We update copy, structure and data on the website, align profiles and prepare materials.

  5. 05

    Monitoring

    We regularly ask the same question set and compare answers. This is a sample, not comprehensive statistics.

FAQ

Questions about AI search visibility

Do you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend us?

No. Answers are generated by algorithms we do not control, and these constantly change. We can help ensure sufficient accurate and consistent information about you is available. The assistant decides whether to use it in a particular answer.

How does GEO differ from SEO?

SEO works on a website's positions in search results. GEO works on how AI assistants describe you in answers that often combine several sources. Much of the work overlaps, so these services can be usefully combined.

How do you measure results?

We regularly ask selected assistants the agreed question set and compare answers: whether the brand is mentioned, whether the mention is accurate and which sources it uses. This is a sample, as answers vary between people. Website visits from assistants can be seen in web analytics.

Can you simply correct an error in ChatGPT?

There is no direct way to edit an answer. We can correct the sources behind it: the website, profiles, directories and publications. Some assistants allow feedback on an answer, and we can explain how to provide it.

Will the website need changes?

Usually, yes: clear company and service pages, frequently asked questions and structured data. Sometimes website settings block AI bots. We define the scope after diagnosis. All questions and answers
