ABOUT EQVOLA

Marketing, development and automation in one team

Eqvola grew from a software development team. Today we combine technical experience with marketing, content production and business process automation.

Your business should not have to
put everything together on its own.

Promotion needs strategy, content, people and work with data. A digital product needs requirements, design, development, integrations and implementation. We coordinate the agreed scope so individual specialists work towards one task, rather than handling disconnected parts.

Who works on your task

01 /

Marketing team

Studies your business and competitors, defines positioning, channels and messages. Plans content, organises production and manages profiles and promotion. Uses feedback from sales.

02 /

Technical team

Turns needs into websites, applications, systems and automated processes. Assesses existing tools, designs what is needed and carries the agreed scope through to implementation.

03 /

Project manager

Coordinates people, agreements, materials and approvals. Helps you see progress and next steps. We build the team around the task, not the other way round.

Over 15 years
of development experience.

Our technical service area is built on over 15 years of practical development experience, from mobile games to fintech platforms. This helps us look beyond the interface to business logic, dependencies, delivery stages and the product’s ongoing operation.

You should not have to manage every specialist separately.

The manager brings tasks into one plan, coordinates those responsible and keeps agreed decisions in context. Relevant specialists join substantive discussions: a strategist, advertising specialist, producer, designer or developer, depending on the project.

We need a responsible contact, accurate information and feedback from your side. We coordinate and deliver the agreed scope on ours. This division does not take away your control: you understand what we are doing, why it is needed and what decision we need from you.

01

We speak in concrete terms

We discuss your business, product, task and constraints. We do not replace a proposal with fashionable words or technologies.

02

We avoid unnecessary dependencies

We explain alternatives and the limits of a solution. Ongoing support is based on need, rather than imposed as a condition of every project.

03

We do not claim other people’s results

We discuss metrics that can be verified. We do not call a demonstration a case study or a forecast actual revenue.

Not more services.
More purpose in the work.

01 /

We do not work for the sake of the process

The number of posts or volume of code is not an end in itself. First we define why the work is needed and what will count as a completed result.

02 /

We do not impose complexity

An existing tool may be better than a custom platform, and one suitable channel may be more useful than being everywhere. We explain the choice and its limits.

03 /

We flag dependencies

If an individual service is not enough, we say so before payment. We suggest a useful format rather than sell work and then explain the lack of results.

04 /

We distinguish responsibilities

Marketing works on relevant interest and handing over enquiries. Sales closes interested customers. Information about unsuitable leads goes back to marketing for adjustment.

05 /

We do not invent evidence

We separate conclusions from assumptions and metrics from attractive presentation. We do not replace data with promises of the same result for every business.

A team for your task.
Management on our side.

We bring in the marketing, content production, design and development specialists needed. For shoots, we can work with local teams, actors and creators. A contributor working remotely does not make their organisation the client’s responsibility.

Ukraine and English-language projects.

We work in Ukrainian and English. Planning, development and approvals are organised remotely. Our filming base is Ivano-Frankivsk; for other locations, we select a suitable format and contributors when the task requires local production.

HOW WE WORK

From the first conversation to implementation.

  1. 01

    Getting to know the business

We discuss the task, starting point, available resources and budget constraints. The first contact helps define a useful start; it does not replace full research.

  2. 02

    Agreeing the format

We document the initial scope, deliverables, responsibilities and working process. Detailed stages begin after the contract and payment; for an undefined product, we first agree a discovery and design stage.

  3. 03

    Research and delivery

We prepare a strategy or requirements, assemble the team and carry out the agreed work. The manager coordinates specialists, materials, demonstrations and feedback.

  4. 04

    Review and next steps

We assess the delivered scope and available data, hand over the required materials and agree changes. Ongoing support takes the form your business needs.

How do Eqvola’s service areas work together?

Marketing, development and automation are three equal service areas. You can order an individual task or combine them for a specific goal.

Will I have one responsible contact?

A manager oversees your project. Relevant specialists join discussions when needed, but we do not pass coordination of the agreed work to the client.

Do you work with our contractors?

We can agree how to divide work between Eqvola and your team. At the start, we define responsibilities, materials, access and the handover process.

Can we start with a small task?

Yes, if it has value on its own. We can start with a strategy, a specific production task, a website or one integration. We will tell you when that scope will not address your enquiry.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Let’s start with
what needs to change in your business.

In the first conversation, we will discuss the task, possible approaches and a sensible starting point.

What do you need done?

Share only what is needed for the first conversation. Do not include passwords or confidential access details.
