Marketing support for entering new markets

We help establish whether people in another country need your product and prepare an offer, pages and an initial promotion test for them. We handle marketing; legal, tax and logistics matters remain with the relevant specialists.

New countries and languagesTest before scaling

What marketing support for entering new markets involves

A product that sells well at home encounters different competitors, habits and customer questions in another market. We help identify these differences before significant investment and test demand in practice.

Test first, scale later. Rather than launch a full campaign immediately, we prepare an agreed test: an offer, a page and advertising for a selected segment. The results inform the next decision.

Adaptation, not just translation. We rewrite messages for the local audience: how they describe the problem, what matters to them and what they trust.

Marketing only. We do not handle company registration, taxes, certification, logistics or contracts. These matters should be addressed with lawyers, accountants and logistics specialists; we incorporate their findings into the marketing.

We do not guarantee market success. A test shows how the audience responds, but the outcome also depends on the product, price, service and competitors.

When you need this service

01 /

You are choosing which country to enter

There are several options, and you want to compare them on more than intuition.

02 /

You already have your first customers abroad

Orders arrive sporadically, and you are considering a systematic approach to this market.

03 /

Your website and materials are only in Ukrainian

International customers find it difficult to understand the offer, terms and how to contact you.

04 /

Advertising abroad did not work

The campaign launched with translated copy, but generated almost no enquiries. You need to understand what went wrong.

05 /

You want to test demand before investing heavily

Before opening a representative office or hiring people, you want to see how a real audience responds.

What market-entry support includes

01

Research

  • demand, competitors and their offers in the new market;
  • an audience profile and its selection criteria;
  • available advertising channels and how they are used locally;
  • comparison of several markets if you are still choosing.
02

Adaptation

  • an offer and supporting arguments for the local audience;
  • copy and visuals adapted to the language and cultural context;
  • localisation of the website, landing page or social media profiles;
  • checking whether international customers understand the forms, contacts and terms.
03

Test and decision

  • a test plan: segment, channels, budget and success criteria;
  • launching and managing test campaigns;
  • tracking enquiries and their quality;
  • conclusions: scale, change the approach or stop.

Recommendations for next steps

Scaling, changing the approach or leaving the market, with the reasons explained.

What we need from you

  • the markets you are considering and why;
  • any experience selling abroad;
  • the terms you can offer: prices, delivery and support;
  • findings from legal and logistics specialists, if available;
  • the person responsible for decisions following the test;
  • an advertising budget for the test.

Delivery, payment and support terms should be defined before the test; otherwise, it will test a different product.

What determines the cost

Full test support. Research, adaptation, pages, test campaigns and conclusions.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number of markets and languages;
  • the depth of research;
  • the number of pages and materials to localise;
  • the number of channels in the test.
03

What is paid for separately

  • the advertising budget for the test;
  • translation and native-speaker proofreading, where required;
  • website development or modifications.

FAQ

Questions about entering new markets

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Do you help with company registration, taxes or delivery?

No. We do not handle legal, tax or logistics matters; these require specialist expertise. We handle marketing and incorporate their findings into the offer and communication.

Which countries do you work with?

Public-source research and advertising tests are possible for many markets. Language, available advertising tools and product-specific advertising rules can impose limitations. If we identify such constraints, we explain them before starting.

Is simply translating the website enough?

Usually not. People in another market may care about different arguments, contact methods and evidence of reliability. We therefore adapt the content, not just the language.

What if the test shows that the market is not suitable?

That is a useful result too: you learned this at a lower cost than a full launch. The report explains what did not work and whether a different approach is worth trying.

How is this different from market research?

Research answers questions about the market. Market-entry support goes further: we adapt the offer, prepare materials and test demand in a real campaign. All questions and answers
