Business websites
We build corporate websites and landing pages that explain your offer and help visitors get in touch.
Websites, applications and systems
We build websites, applications and internal systems that help your customers use your product and your team work with it.
From a page about your service to a system used by the whole team. Choose the product type or tell us what it should help people do.

We build corporate websites and landing pages that explain your offer and help visitors get in touch.
02
We develop online stores to present products and receive orders.
03
We build services where users do more than read information: they use a workspace, manage data or interact with a team.
04
We develop mobile applications for customers and employees.
05
We build software systems around how you manage customers, sales, enquiries and internal processes.
06
We help you move from an idea to a first working version with the most important features.
07
We plan how people will use the product: what they see, where they go and how they complete the required action.
08
We work on existing websites, applications and software systems.
09
We continue working with the product after launch: fixing problems, updating it and adding needed capabilities.
Alongside custom development, we work on our own products. They cover content, sales and project management, enquiries, orders and events.
We are developing a system that combines content management, customer communication and bookings. An AI bot handles some enquiry responses within configured tasks.
Ask about TenlivoA product for teams that need to combine sales with project delivery. It helps organise not just agreements with customers, but the subsequent work on an order.
Ask about DilveroAn AI worker configurable for specific work tasks. You define where help is needed, and its settings establish its role in your work.
Ask about Co-WorkerWe combine sales of event tickets and access passes with loyalty programme capabilities. The product brings these tasks into one system.
Ask about the ticketing systemWe are developing a solution through which a food business can present its menu and manage orders. The website and app combine discovering the offer, placing an order and delivery.
Discuss a solution for your venueA new product does not always need to be built from scratch. We first check what exists, which capabilities are needed and which constraints matter to your business.
When an existing product can already support the required scenarios, we assess its capabilities and limits.
We identify what requires configuration or integration and whether this approach fits your workflow. Using Eqvola’s own products is not a condition of working with us.
CRM implementation and configurationIf the foundation already works, we establish what can be retained and extended.
This may be a new feature, an updated interface or a connection to another service. We define the possible scope after reviewing the product and its technical condition.
Product improvements and modernisationWhen existing tools cannot properly support the required logic, we design a custom solution.
We define first-version features, how to implement them and possible subsequent stages. The full vision and first launch do not necessarily have the same scope.
Digital product MVPHOW WE WORK
At every stage, it should be clear what we do, what requires approval and what result we receive. Stages depend on the engagement: a standalone design task differs from developing a complete product.
We establish who will use the product and what it should help them do. We review existing materials, requirements and constraints, then agree priorities and scope boundaries.
We plan the user journey, screen structure and interactions. We prepare prototypes and designs within scope so key decisions can be discussed before programming.
We implement the agreed product logic and connect required services. We show intermediate versions at defined stages to check progress and agree decisions on time.
We compare the product against requirements, test core scenarios and address identified problems. We agree version readiness and the steps needed for launch.
We hand over materials and access specified in the engagement. We discuss further changes, updates and support if needed.
A product must do more than look complete: it must perform the agreed tasks. We therefore define readiness criteria and handover materials in advance.
We test scenarios within scope. For example, whether a user can place an order, send an enquiry or complete an action in their account. The specific checks depend on the product.
We clarify which devices and environments the product will run in. Display, performance and load requirements reflect its intended use; we do not promise identical capabilities for every project.
We define who needs access to the product and connected services, which actions users can perform and who manages accounts. Necessary data protection requirements are included in scope.
Handover contents are agreed for the engagement. They may include source code, design files, access, instructions and other materials. The list may differ for custom development and connecting an existing product.
We separately define procedures for requests, fixes and updates. We distinguish problems in implemented features from new product requests, so the current scope is clear.
We build the team around the task: planning, design, development and testing of the required features.
At the start, we appoint those responsible for technical decisions, communication and approvals. We can join your team and deliver one part without unnecessarily rebuilding the entire process.
A website or app rarely exists apart from sales, communication and the team’s daily work. Where needed, we can combine development with marketing and automation.
The marketing team can help articulate the offer, prepare structure and content and plan subsequent promotion. Technical website preparation and ongoing SEO are separate parts of the work.
We can connect CRM, notifications and data exchange with other services, so a website enquiry does not end as an email that must be manually forwarded to a colleague.
We help define important actions and configure their measurement within scope, such as checkout, registration or an enquiry submission.
Additional service areas are brought in as needed. You do not automatically have to order them with development.
We can build a product, deliver a particular stage or continue work on a system already in use.
We agree the product scope and required stages, from requirements and design to development, testing and launch.
We join for a specific task: interface design, new functionality or modernising an existing solution.
We handle updates, fixes and further product capabilities. Support priorities and scope are defined separately.
Cost and timing depend on features, user-flow complexity, design, integrations and data migration needs. For an existing product, code and documentation quality also matter. Launch depends on the client’s materials, access and decisions being ready.
After clarifying the task, we define scope and prepare a proposal. Potential infrastructure, licence, third-party service and support costs are considered separately.
New requirements are assessed first: they may affect budget and timing.

Go to formYes. For the first conversation, explain who will use the product, what task it should solve and what already exists. You can add examples or describe the current process. We then identify requirements to clarify and the preparation needed before development.
We compare required features, workflows, integrations and constraints. If an existing tool fits the task, we consider using it. If different logic is needed, we assess improvements or new development. Eqvola’s own products are one option, not a condition of working together.
We can consider it. First we need to review the code, documentation, access and current system condition. We then identify feasible changes and what is needed to implement them. Rewriting the entire product is not an automatic condition of starting work.
Yes. We can define priority scenarios and build an MVP: a first working version to test the idea. Further features are planned as separate stages. Important first-launch requirements, including data and access, are considered from the start.
Yes. UX/UI design, improvements or another agreed part can be a separate engagement. We can also work with your specialists or contractors. We define scope boundaries, handover format and those responsible for coordination in advance.
First we clarify the desired outcome, features, integrations and available materials. For improvements, we also assess the product’s condition. We use this to prepare a proposal with scope and timing. Third-party services and ongoing support are considered separately. New requirements may change the estimate.
We use agreed requirements and use cases, not just how screens look. We check whether required actions can be completed and planned integrations work. Checks, acceptance criteria and procedures for resolving issues must be defined for each project.
It depends on the engagement. Design deliverables may include prototypes and design files; development deliverables may include software, source materials, documentation and relevant access. The specific list and usage terms are agreed in advance. Connecting an existing product does not automatically include its source code.
We can continue working together on support, updates or product development. Support scope is defined separately: requests handled, changes made and how new tasks are agreed. Fixing problems in agreed features and adding new capabilities are distinguished in the working terms. All questions and answers
