Where do I start if I do not know which service I need?

Describe what is not working now and what you want to change. For example, you may need more enquiries, struggle to create content regularly or spend too much time on manual operations. We will clarify the situation and suggest where to begin. A finished technical specification is not required for the first conversation.

Can we commission just one service?

Yes. You can come to us with a specific task: a marketing audit, UGC content, website development, speech training or an integration. Working together does not require commissioning every service area. If additional work is needed, we discuss it before implementation begins.

Can you combine marketing with technical implementation?

Yes. For example, we can help shape an offer, create a page for it, prepare content, launch advertising and configure enquiry transfer to a CRM. The scope depends on your goals, resources and existing tools. All stages are not automatically included.

Do you work with existing websites, products and tools?

Yes. We can review an existing solution, extend its features, improve structure and content or connect the services needed. We first review the product's condition and available capabilities. We then explain what makes sense to keep, what to change and whether new development is needed.

Who will coordinate the work, and can you collaborate with our team?

At the start, we agree who is responsible for communication, materials and decisions. We can work with your marketers, developers or other contractors. We define in advance which part Eqvola handles, what stays with your team and how tasks are handed between participants.

How are cost and timing determined?

We assess scope, complexity, the specialists needed, material readiness and dependencies on other systems. For ongoing work, we also consider the number of channels and content production volume. After clarifying the task, we prepare a proposal. Advertising budgets, external placements, licences and other additional costs are agreed separately.

How is the work evaluated?

We define the criteria before implementation begins. For development, these may be agreed features and use cases; for content, finished materials; for marketing, target actions and enquiry quality. Business results are assessed using available data: a view is not an enquiry, and an enquiry is not a sale.

FAQ

Answers to your questions.

How do Eqvola’s service areas work together?

Marketing, development and automation are three equal service areas. You can order an individual task or combine them for a specific goal.

Will I have one responsible contact?

A manager oversees your project. Relevant specialists join discussions when needed, but we do not pass coordination of the agreed work to the client.

Do you work with our contractors?

We can agree how to divide work between Eqvola and your team. At the start, we define responsibilities, materials, access and the handover process.

Can we start with a small task?

Yes, if it has value on its own. We can start with a strategy, a specific production task, a website or one integration. We will tell you when that scope will not address your enquiry.

FAQ

Answers to your questions.

Do we need to know the budget already?

No. A guide helps choose the format, but it is fine to say it is undecided. We will discuss possible stages and resources without inventing a precise estimate before understanding the task.

Can we contact you with just an idea?

Yes. Describe who it is for and what it should change. If needed, we can begin with paid research and design to turn the idea into a defined scope.

What should we write if we need several services?

Select the relevant service areas in the brief or “Let’s work it out together”. A website and its promotion, for example, can form one project with separate stages and budgets.

Should we send passwords and internal documents?

No. A description and public links are enough for the first conversation. We arrange access and confidential materials separately once the need and working process are agreed.

Which projects do you not take on?

We do not work on illegal projects. Other conditions and the fit between the task and our team’s capabilities are discussed directly. If another format is needed, we say so before work begins.
