What email marketing means at Eqvola

We manage the email channel from campaign planning to reporting. We write copy, build templates and set up regular campaigns and automated emails: welcome messages, post-purchase emails and abandoned-order reminders.

We work with widely used email services such as Mailchimp, Brevo, eSputnik or SendPulse, or your CRM's email module. Together with your domain administrator, we check SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so email providers can trust your messages.

We email only subscribers who have consented, with an unsubscribe link in every message. We do not buy databases or send to third-party lists.

A strategy for engaging the entire customer database across multiple channels is a separate service: CRM marketing. Here, our responsibility is the quality and consistency of the email channel itself.

When you need this service

01 /

You have subscribers but are not emailing them

We will review the list and consent records, prepare a campaign plan and create the first emails.

02 /

You send campaigns but cannot see the value

We will analyse subject lines, content, segments and technical settings, then recommend changes.

03 /

Emails are landing in spam

We will review domain records, sender reputation and list quality. No service can guarantee every message reaches the inbox.

04 /

You need automated emails

We will set up a welcome series, post-purchase emails or abandoned-order reminders.

05 /

You have no email templates of your own

We will create responsive, branded templates that display correctly in commonly used email apps.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You approve the plan, copy and segments; we prepare emails, configure sending and report on the results.

  1. 01

    List and platform audit

    We check subscriber sources, consent records, and platform and domain configuration. Outcome: a list of fixes before launch.

  2. 02

    Email campaign plan

    We agree topics, segments, a calendar and automated sequences. Outcome: the plan for our ongoing work.

  3. 03

    Copy and templates

    We write emails, build templates and check their appearance on different devices. You approve each email before it is sent.

  4. 04

    Sending

    We configure campaigns and automated emails, checking links, personalisation and unsubscribe functionality.

  5. 05

    Analysis

    We review delivery, clicks, unsubscribes and website actions, then suggest changes for future emails.

Reports with findings

What worked, what did not and what we will change next.

What we need from you

  • access to your email platform, or a decision on which service to connect;
  • information about how subscribers were collected and what they consented to;
  • access to domain settings or your administrator's contact details;
  • news, offers and photos for emails;
  • the person who approves emails before sending.

Email services are increasingly inaccurate at recording opens, so we assess results primarily through clicks and website actions.

What determines the cost

01

Ways to work together

Channel launch. Audit, platform setup, templates and automated sequences.

Ongoing management. We plan, write and send campaigns, and report on their results.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number of campaigns and automated sequences;
  • the number of segments and language versions;
  • the need for new templates;
  • the condition of the list and technical configuration.
03

What is paid for separately

  • the email platform subscription at its published rates, usually based on list size or email volume;
  • photography and design materials if these need to be created separately.

FAQ

Questions about email marketing

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Can you provide a mailing list?

No. We do not buy or use third-party lists: doing so breaches platform rules and damages sender reputation. We help collect subscribers through your website, purchases and other channels with each person's consent.

Do you guarantee emails will not go to spam?

No. The recipient's email provider makes the final decision. We configure your domain and monitor list quality and email content. This reduces the risk but cannot eliminate it.

Which messaging service should we choose?

It depends on list size, required automations, website and CRM integrations, and budget. We can work with your current platform or help choose a new one.

How often should we send emails?

Frequency depends on how many worthwhile reasons you have to write and how subscribers respond. Less frequent, relevant emails are better than frequent, repetitive ones.

How does this differ from CRM marketing?

CRM marketing is a strategy for engaging the entire database across multiple channels. Email marketing manages one channel: email. If you do not yet have a strategy, that can be the starting point. All questions and answers
