Influencer marketing and creator partnerships

We find creators whose audiences resemble your customers. We negotiate, prepare briefs, approve content, monitor publication and show the results. You make the key decisions; we handle the correspondence with a dozen creators.

What influencer marketing means

Influencer marketing is collaboration between a brand and creators to introduce a product to their audience. At Eqvola, we organise it from start to finish: finding creators, negotiating, preparing briefs, monitoring publications and compiling reports.

We select for fit, not follower count. A million followers will not help much if none of them are your customers.

Fees, products and delivery are paid separately. These costs are not included in Eqvola's fee and appear as separate items.

Statistics come from creators and platforms. We base reports on the data they supply. We cannot see beyond what their accounts show, and we do not embellish it.

We do not guarantee reach or sales. We are responsible for creator selection, agreements and publication monitoring. Results also depend on the product, proposition and audience response.

How this differs from UGC. Here, you gain access to the creator's audience. With UGC, you receive finished videos for your own channels and advertising, without publication on the performer's profile. Full-service UGC content

When to work with creators

01 /

You need trust from a new audience

People are more willing to try a product recommended by someone familiar than trust a brand they are seeing for the first time.

02 /

You are launching a product

The new product is ready, but only the team and a few loyal customers know about it. It is time to reach more people.

03 /

Advertising through platforms is getting more expensive

The cost per enquiry is rising, while the budget somehow is not. You need another channel to avoid relying on one advertising platform.

04 /

You saw no results last time

The post went live, followed by silence. Often the creator's audience did not match your customers, or nobody tracked the results.

05 /

You have no time to correspond with dozens of creators

Find them, message them, wait for a response, agree a price, remind them of the publication date. Then repeat twenty times. We handle that part.

How we choose creators

Follower count is just one metric, and far from the most important. Before recommending a creator, we look at six things.

01 /

Topics and audience

What the creator talks about and who watches: country, age and interests. The audience should resemble your customers, not simply be large.

02 /

Engagement and comments

We look beyond reaction counts to what people write. Genuine questions and discussions matter more than a hundred identical fire emojis.

03 /

Signs of artificial inflation

Sudden follower spikes, repetitive comments and reach inconsistent with audience size. We check these signals before you pay.

04 /

Content quality and tone How the creator films and speaks, and whether their style suits your brand.

The integration should feel natural in their feed, rather than like an unrelated banner ad.

05 /

Reputation and previous collaborations

What and whom the creator has promoted, how followers responded, and whether they currently work with your direct competitors.

06 /

Price relative to actual reach

We compare the fee with the number of people the creator actually reaches. More expensive does not always mean better; cheaper does not always mean better value.

Ways to work with creators

01 /

Content integration

The creator features the product in their usual content: a review, unboxing or everyday use.

02 /

A Story mention

A short format that can go live quickly. Well suited to announcements, promotions and link clicks.

03 /

A dedicated post or video

A publication devoted entirely to your product, with more time and detail to explain it.

04 /

Brand ambassadorship

A long-term collaboration in which the creator regularly uses and discusses the product. The audience sees a habit rather than a one-off ad.

05 /

Barter

A product instead of a fee. Suitable for some creators, but it does not remove the need for a brief or written agreements.

06 /

A link or promo code

A dedicated link or promo code for each creator, showing who brings people to you.

HOW WE WORK

How an influencer campaign works

You approve creators, terms and content. We handle the rest of the organisation.

  1. 01

    Objectives, audience and budget

    We discuss the product, whom you want to reach, the action you want people to take and your creator budget. Outcome: a clear campaign brief.

  2. 02

    Selection and shortlist

    We find creators and check them against our criteria. You receive a shortlist explaining why each is suitable, then make your choice.

  3. 04

    Brief and content approval

    We prepare a creator brief: what to say, what to show and what must not be promised. You approve the script or draft before publication.

  4. 05

    Publication and monitoring

    We ensure publications go live on time and meet the agreements. If something goes wrong, we resolve it with the creator.

  5. 06

    Report and findings

    We collect statistics from creators and platforms, compare results and explain what to repeat and what to stop.

How we evaluate creator collaborations

We agree what to measure before starting. Usually, we can measure:

Reach and views. Based on statistics supplied by the creator.

Clicks. Using a dedicated link for each creator.

Promo codes. How often they were used.

Enquiries and sales. If you share this data with us.

Creator comparison. Who performed better and whom to continue working with.

Some effects, such as brand recognition and trust, are not always immediately visible in the numbers. We therefore do not promise specific reach or sales figures. We show what could be measured and explain what to do next.

What we need from you

  • products for creators and an agreement on who arranges delivery;
  • a budget for creator fees;
  • key messages and restrictions: what can and cannot be claimed about the product;
  • the person who approves creators, terms and content;
  • readiness to handle enquiries after publications go live.

That last point is easy to underestimate. It would be a shame for a creator to send people to you and find nobody responding to their direct messages.

Influencer marketing costs

01

Working formats

A one-off campaign. One launch with several creators for a particular task: a new product, promotion or season.

A series of publications. Several waves of content, with each informed by the previous wave's results.

Ambassadors. Long-term collaboration with one or more creators.

02

What determines Eqvola's fee

  • the number of creators;
  • collaboration formats;
  • the complexity of negotiations;
  • the depth of reporting.

How does this differ from UGC?

Working with a creator gets your publication in front of their audience. UGC provides finished videos for your own channels and advertising, without publication on the performer's profile. In the first case, you pay for the attention of the creator's followers; in the second, for content.

Who negotiates with creators?

We do. We contact creators, agree formats, dates, fees and rights, and record the terms in writing. You approve the shortlist and final terms without having to manage the correspondence.

Can we use the creator's video in our advertising?

Yes, if the creator agrees. The right to use their content in your advertising is a separate agreement and usually carries an additional fee. We specify channels, duration and territories before publication.

Do you work with smaller creators?

Yes. Smaller creators often have closer relationships with their audiences and more accessible fees. Sometimes several smaller creators with the right audience provide more value than one large creator. All questions and answers
