Website SEO

We improve the website's technical condition, structure, copy and page connections so search engines can understand it and people can find the pages they need. We explain each change and its purpose without promising rankings outside our control.

Technical condition and structureCopy and internal links

What SEO means at Eqvola

This is ongoing website work to answer the queries your customers search for. We check whether search engines can discover and index pages, whether each important query has a suitable page, and whether its content is clear.

We start with what already exists: Google Search Console and analytics data, technical condition and page content. Then we prioritise changes by what creates the biggest obstacles and what is easiest to fix.

We can implement technical changes with Eqvola's development team or provide tasks to your developers. The keyword map, structure, copy and reports remain yours.

We do not guarantee rankings or visitor numbers. Search engines decide what to show, ranking rules change and improvements do not have an immediate effect.

When you need this service

01 /

You have a website but little search traffic

We check whether pages are indexed, whether they answer relevant queries and what prevents them from appearing.

02 /

You are planning a new website or a migration

We help build a structure around search queries and preserve existing value when changing URLs or platforms.

03 /

All services are on one page

We separate them into pages for different queries so people land directly on an answer.

04 /

Search traffic fell after website changes

We investigate indexing, URLs, redirects and content changes, and recommend what to restore first.

05 /

You need a clear plan, not just a report

Instead of a long error list, you receive prioritised tasks your team or ours can carry out.

What SEO includes

01

Technical condition

  • checking indexing, duplicate pages, redirects and errors;
  • sitemap, robots.txt and canonical URLs;
  • loading speed and mobile display;
  • structured data where appropriate.
02

Search queries and structure

  • collecting and grouping search queries;
  • mapping queries to existing and new pages;
  • recommendations for section and menu structure;
  • a redirect plan if URLs change.
03

Copy and links

  • headings, metadata and page descriptions;
  • briefs for new copy or improvements to existing text;
  • internal links between related pages;
  • reports based on Search Console and web analytics.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You approve priorities and website changes. We prepare the plan, deliver the agreed scope and show what changed.

  1. 01

    Goals and access

    We discuss the most important services or products and obtain access to Search Console, analytics and the website. Deliverable: a clear brief.

  2. 02

    Audit and search queries

    We review technical condition, content and structure, then collect queries. Deliverable: an issue list and a page-by-page keyword map.

  3. 03

    A prioritised plan

    We rank tasks by impact and complexity and assign responsibilities. Deliverable: an agreed work plan.

  4. 04

    Implement changes

    We fix technical issues, structure, copy and internal links, independently or with your developers, and check that changes were correctly applied.

  5. 05

    Monitoring and adjustments

    We monitor indexing, impressions and search clicks, explain changes and adjust the plan.

What you receive

01 /

A prioritised technical audit

Issues with an explanation of why each matters and how to fix it.

02 /

A search query map

Which queries lead to which pages and which pages are missing.

03 /

Improved pages

Copy, headings, metadata and internal links within the agreed scope.

04 /

Tasks for developers

Clear technical requirements that any development team can implement.

05 /

Reports with findings

Changes in search impressions and clicks, and what we do next.

What we need from you

  • access to the website, Google Search Console and web analytics;
  • a list of priority services, products and regions;
  • verified information for copy: terms, advantages and common customer questions;
  • developer or hosting contact details if your team implements technical changes;
  • a person who approves website changes.

If Search Console is not connected yet, we can help set it up at the start.

What determines the cost

01

Ways to work together

Audit and plan: we assess the website and deliver a prioritised change plan your team can implement independently.

Ongoing SEO: we make changes, monitor indexing and search clicks, and adjust the plan at an agreed frequency.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number and types of pages;
  • the website's technical condition and platform;
  • the number of business lines, regions and languages;
  • the volume of new copy.
03

What is paid for separately

  • new-page development and technical changes outside the agreed scope;
  • paid services and tools, if required in your account.

When will we see results?

It depends on the website's condition, competition and the scope of changes. Search engines do not revisit pages immediately, so improvements take effect gradually. We do not promise exact timelines or rankings.

Do you guarantee top search rankings?

No. The search engine decides what to show and in which order, not the contractor. We are responsible for the quality and scope of agreed work and report honestly on impressions and clicks.

Do you buy links?

We do not use schemes that violate search engine policies: they can harm the website. Relevant external mentions are better earned through useful materials, partnerships and media coverage.

Can you work on a website built by another team?

Yes. We implement technical changes with your developers or prepare tasks for them. If the platform prevents important changes, we explain the limitations and offer options.

How does SEO differ from search advertising?

Ads run while you pay for them. SEO improves the website itself and builds results more slowly. They are often combined: advertising starts working immediately while SEO develops alongside it. All questions and answers
