Display and video advertising

We plan banner and video placements to introduce your brand to people who are not yet looking for your product. We choose platforms and formats, prepare materials and monitor where and to whom the ads are shown.

Banners and videosIntroducing your brand

What display and video advertising means at Eqvola

The aim is to be remembered. Display advertising rarely brings orders immediately. It introduces the brand, product or event so that people recognise you later in search, in their feed or in a shop.

We choose platforms for the audience. We run banners on websites and in apps through the Google Display Network, and videos on YouTube and in other platforms' video formats where appropriate.

We monitor where ads appear. We exclude unsuitable websites, apps and topics, and cap frequency so the same people do not tire of seeing the ads.

We measure results differently. We assess reach, frequency, video views and clicks, as well as changes in branded searches and direct visits where data is available. We do not promise a specific increase in awareness or sales.

Budget is separate. Advertising spend is paid separately into your own advertising account. We agree production of new videos as a separate work package.

When you need this service

01 /

You are launching a new brand or product

People do not know you yet, so there is no search demand. First, the audience needs to see and remember your name.

02 /

You have a video worth showing to more people

A product video, interview or brand story is ready. We plan who should see it and where.

03 /

You are announcing an event or seasonal offer

You need to reach an audience in a particular city or region within a limited period.

04 /

Search advertising is already running

Your ads appear for all relevant searches. To increase searches for your brand, people need to see it before they start looking.

05 /

Banners are appearing everywhere

Existing campaigns are running on random sites and gaming apps. We review placements and settings.

How does display advertising differ from targeted social advertising?

Targeted social advertising is usually focused on an action: an enquiry, message or purchase. Display and video advertising help people see and remember you. That is why we evaluate them using different metrics.

How can we tell whether display advertising is working?

We agree metrics before launch: reach, frequency, completed video views and clicks. We also examine branded searches and direct visits where data is available. It is usually impossible to isolate display advertising's impact precisely from other channels, and we say so openly.

Can we use a video we already have?

Yes, if it meets the format requirements and communicates clearly from the opening seconds. Sometimes shortening it or making several versions is enough. If it is unsuitable, we will explain why.

Could our ads appear on questionable websites?

That risk cannot be eliminated entirely, but we reduce it by selecting topics and placements, excluding unsuitable categories and regularly reviewing placement reports. All questions and answers
