Local visibility and Google Maps

We set up and maintain your location profiles on Google Maps so people nearby see the correct address, opening hours and services. We help organise review management and do not promise map rankings determined by the search engine.

What local promotion means at Eqvola

This is work on how your business appears in local search and maps. When someone searches for a nearby service, they often see the business listing before the website: address, opening hours, photos, reviews and a call button.

We set up and update Google Business Profile listings, cross-check business details on the website and in directories, and link each profile to the right website page. For a multi-location business, we establish a consistent process for updating information.

Reviews are a separate part of the work. We prepare response rules and templates, and help request customer reviews in ways permitted by the platform. We do not write or buy fake reviews.

Profiles remain in your account; we work with manager access. Map rankings, profile verification and review-complaint decisions are controlled by Google.

When you need this service

01 /

Customers search for you nearby

For a salon, clinic, café, repair shop or store, a map listing often matters as much as a website.

02 /

The profile has an outdated address, phone number or opening hours

People arrive at closed doors or call an old number. We check the details and establish an updating process.

03 /

Branches have inconsistent profiles

We bring profiles to one standard: names, categories, services, photos and links to location pages.

04 /

Reviews go unanswered

We prepare response rules, including for negative reviews, and define who responds and when.

05 /

You are opening a new location

We create and complete the profile so customers immediately find the correct address, opening hours and contacts.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You confirm business facts and approve responses; we complete the profiles and keep them current.

  1. 01

    Location list and access

We gather addresses, opening hours, services and contacts, and obtain access to existing profiles. Result: a table of current details.

  2. 02

    Profile audit

We review how profiles look now, whether their data matches the website and directories, and what is missing. Result: a list of changes.

  3. 03

    Profile setup

We update categories, descriptions, photos and links, and correct discrepancies. We create new profiles and take them through verification under Google's rules.

  4. 04

    Review management process

We agree the tone and response templates and assign responsibilities. Result: instructions your team can use.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

We monitor profile changes, respond to reviews if included in scope, and report calls, directions requests and clicks using profile statistics.

What we need from you

  • owner or manager access to existing profiles;

FAQ

Questions about local promotion

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Do you guarantee that we will appear first on the map?

No. Google determines rankings based on relevance, distance from the person and how well known the business is. We work on what can be influenced: complete and accurate details, reviews and links with the website.

Can a negative review be removed?

Only its author or Google can remove a review, and Google does so if it breaches platform rules. We help report it through Google's tools and prepare an appropriate public response.

Do you write reviews on behalf of customers?

No. Fake reviews breach platform rules and undermine trust. We help you politely ask real customers to share their experiences.

How is this different from reputation management?

Local promotion concerns map profiles and location information. Reputation management covers mentions and reviews more broadly: on forums, social media and review websites.

Do we need a website for this?

A profile can work without a website. But a page with services and contact details helps people decide and helps the search engine understand the business. All questions and answers
