Social media management — full-service SMM

We plan, create and publish social content for your business using a strategy focused on a specific objective. You approve the plan and key materials rather than wondering who was supposed to post today.

What full-service SMM means at Eqvola

Full-service SMM brings ongoing business social media management together: presence strategy, content plan, copy, design, publishing and reports. Your social channels serve an agreed objective: introducing the brand, explaining the product, maintaining customer relationships or generating enquiries.

We choose channels to fit the task. Managing every social network at once rarely makes sense. We start where your audience is and where resources allow consistent work.

Shoots, advertising and moderation have a defined scope. We agree at the start which are included in management. Others can be added separately.

Ad spend is separate. The management fee does not include a budget for social media promotion.

Accounts remain yours. We use access you grant; you remain the owner of the pages.

We do not promise virality or followers. We are responsible for consistent, high-quality work and honest analysis. Reach also depends on algorithms, the topic and competition for attention.

When to hand over social media management

01 /

Posts appear when someone remembers

The last post is a greeting for last New Year. Customers look at the page and wonder whether the company is still operating.

02 /

You post about everything

News, motivational quotes and company party photos. The page is active but enquiries do not increase because people cannot see why they should follow it.

03 /

There is nobody available or no time

Social media is managed “between other tasks”, meaning whenever those other tasks happen to end.

04 /

Each post takes a week to approve

The copy is ready on Monday, still being discussed in three chats on Thursday, and out of date by Friday.

05 /

You are launching a new page or channel

You want consistency from the first post rather than rebuilding the page six months later.

Which social networks we manage and how we choose channels

01 /

Instagram

Short videos, stories and carousels. Suitable for showing products and processes.

02 /

TikTok

Short videos that reach new audiences even when follower numbers are still low.

03 /

Facebook

Community, practical posts and discussion.

04 /

YouTube

Shorts for quick introductions and longer videos for people who want a deeper understanding.

05 /

LinkedIn

A business audience, expertise, processes and verified results.

06 /

Threads and X

Ideas, observations and timely responses to topics your audience discusses.

07 /

Telegram

A channel for a regular audience that wants to hear news first.

08 /

How we choose channels

We look at where your audience is, which content formats you can realistically sustain, and the role of each channel. Starting with one to three channels and managing them regularly is usually better than appearing everywhere and disappearing a month later.

What social media management includes

01 /

Presence strategy

Whom the page serves, what we discuss, the content pillars and each channel's role.

02 /

Profile setup

Bio, avatar, covers, pinned content and links, so people immediately understand who you are and why to follow.

03 /

Content plan

Topics, formats and publication dates planned a month ahead.

04 /

Copy

Posts, captions and short-video scripts in your brand's tone.

05 /

Design

Carousels, covers and stories in your visual identity.

06 /

Scheduled publishing

We publish to the approved plan, without “we forgot” or late-night reminders.

What you receive

01

Presence strategy

At the start: whom each channel serves, what it covers and why it exists.

02

A monthly content plan

Topics, formats and dates approved in advance.

03

Materials and scheduled publications

Finished copy, design and publications according to the plan.

04

A completed profile

A page that clearly explains who you are and what you offer.

Who does what

01

On Eqvola's side

  • presence strategy and content planning;
  • copy and design;
  • scheduled publishing;
02

On your side

  • product information, news and promotions;
  • access to the product or filming location, if needed;
  • timely approval of the plan and key materials;
  • answers to customer questions if moderation is outside our scope;
  • passing social media enquiries to sales.

Your team can retain part of the work. For example, you film production stories while we handle everything else. We agree responsibilities at the start.

How we assess social media management

We distinguish four levels so likes are not confused with sales:

Work delivered: posts published as planned and to the agreed quality. This is our direct responsibility.

Audience response: reach, engagement, saves and comments.

Enquiry volumes: website visits, messages and enquiries from social media.

Sales: if you share this data, we examine which enquiries turned into sales.

Formats and pricing

01

What determines the cost

  • the number of social networks;
  • publication volumes and formats: video requires more resources than a carousel;
  • whether shoots are needed;
  • whether moderation and paid social advertising are included.
02

What is paid for separately

Ad spend, shoots beyond the agreed scope, influencer and model fees, stock images and paid tools.

We provide an exact price after the first conversation.

It depends on the agreement. We can handle moderation and responses within an agreed scope, or leave them to your team if questions require detailed order knowledge. Responsibilities are agreed at the start. Community moderation and development

Can our team retain some of the work?

Yes. For example, your team films production stories or answers customers while we handle strategy, planning, copy, design and publishing.
