Full-service marketing

Eqvola plans your business's marketing, coordinates specialists and delivers the agreed work, from strategy and content to advertising and analytics. You can see what is happening, who is responsible and what it achieved. And you do not have to spend every week working out which contractor was supposed to launch the ads.

What full-service marketing means at Eqvola

Full-service marketing is a collaboration in which Eqvola handles marketing planning, coordination and delivery within an agreed scope. We define the work and channels around your task at the start. You approve the plan and key decisions, and we are responsible for delivering everything agreed.

An agreed scope, not the entire catalogue. We use the channels and activities needed now. We add others when there is a reason to do so.

Advertising spend is separate. Eqvola's fees do not include advertising budgets, creator fees or paid services.

We can work alongside your team. If you already have a designer or paid social specialist, we divide the work rather than duplicate it.

Work delivered and sales are different things. We are responsible for the quality and timing of the agreed work. Below, we explain how we assess its effect on enquiries and sales.

When to choose full-service marketing

01 /

You have marketing activity but no system

Posts are published, ads run and the website gets updated. Each action makes sense on its own, but together they do not form a clear proposition for the customer.

02 /

You are launching a product or a new business area

You need to decide whom to sell to, what to say and where to start. Preferably before launch, rather than afterwards.

03 /

You have specialists but no coordinator

The designer is waiting for copy, the advertising specialist is waiting for creative assets, and everyone is waiting for a decision. We take responsibility for the overall picture and sequence of work.

04 /

The owner handles marketing in their spare time

Which means almost never. We plan and deliver the work, leaving the key decisions to you.

What you receive

01

Marketing plan

Priorities, channels, scope, calendar and responsibilities. A document showing what is happening now and what comes next.

02

Completed work and materials

Content, configured channels, advertising campaigns, design and other work within the agreed scope. We hand the materials over to you.

03

Regular reporting

What has been done, the metrics and their data sources, what we see in enquiries, and what we recommend changing in the next cycle.

These are the deliverables you receive and accept. We explain how we assess their business impact in "How we evaluate results".

What full-service marketing can include

We define the scope at the start. Below are the areas it may cover. Each can also be commissioned separately.

07 /

What is not automatically included

  • advertising budget;
  • fees for influencers, creators and actors;
  • studio rental and product logistics for shoots;
  • paid services and tools;
  • legal checks of names and trademark registration.

We agree and calculate these costs separately, so there are no surprises in the estimate.

If marketing requires a new website, CRM or automated enquiry processing, we carry out that work through Software development andBusiness process automation under a separately agreed scope.

HOW WE WORK

How we work

  1. 01

    Task and boundaries

    We discuss your business, objectives and resources. We record what is and is not included. Outcome: an agreed scope and cost estimate.

  2. 02

    Plan

    We study the product, audience and channels, then create a marketing plan. Outcome: a plan and calendar for your approval.

  3. 03

    Preparation

    We gather information, access and materials, then prepare content and configurations. You approve product facts so the copy does not acquire features that do not exist. Outcome: materials ready for launch.

  4. 05

    Analysis and the next cycle

    We review the data, including sales data if you share it. We recommend changes and agree the next cycle's plan. Outcome: a report and a plan for changes.

Who does what

01

On Eqvola's side

Project manager. Your main contact, responsible for timing and the sequence of work.

Channel specialists. Content, design, advertising and analytics. The team depends on the agreed scope.

Meet the team
02

On your side

  • information about the product, customers and sales terms;
  • access to the necessary accounts and data;
  • existing materials: photos, copy and brand guidelines;
  • one person who approves materials, so decisions do not get lost across three chats.

What the work looks like

We are currently preparing public case studies of comprehensive client support. For now, we show marketing for Eqvola's own products and examples of working materials.

Ways of working and pricing

01

A standalone stage, a project or ongoing support

A standalone stage. For example, preparing and launching a new business area.

A project. Work with a defined outcome and deadline.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number of channels;
  • the volume of content and production;
  • the frequency of work;
  • the required team composition.
03

What is paid for separately

Advertising spend, creator and influencer fees, studio costs and paid services. These costs are shown in the estimate in advance.

How we evaluate results

01

Acceptance criteria At the start, we agree what counts as completed work: which materials, campaigns or configurations you will receive and the criteria for accepting them.

Both parties then share the same understanding of "done".

02

Delivery, enquiries and sales In reports, we distinguish three things: what was delivered, how many enquiries came in and how many became sales.

The first depends on us. The second depends on marketing alongside the proposition and market. The third also depends on the product, price and how your team handles enquiries.

We therefore do not promise a specific increase in sales. We promise a clear report, verified data where measurement is possible, and concrete recommendations for what to do next.

What exactly does full-service marketing include?

What we agree at the start for your task: planning, coordination and delivery in selected channels, such as content, advertising, website and analytics. The entire catalogue is not automatically included. The scope can change between work cycles.

Can you work with our specialists?

Yes. We divide tasks to avoid duplication. For example, your designer prepares layouts while we handle planning, copy and advertising. We record responsibilities at the start.

Can we start with one task?

Yes. You can start with an audit, strategy or one channel, then expand to full-service marketing. Or the reverse: start with the full scope and gradually hand some tasks to your team.

How does full-service marketing differ from an outsourced marketing director?

An outsourced marketing director manages marketing: setting priorities, budgets and tasks, while your team or contractors deliver the work. With full-service marketing, Eqvola both plans and delivers the agreed scope. Outsourced marketing directorAll questions and answers
