Marketing support for sales teams

We give salespeople materials that help continue the conversation after an ad: presentations, proposal templates and answers to common questions and objections. We also agree how marketing and sales pass enquiries and feedback to each other.

What sales enablement means at Eqvola

One consistent story from ad to contract. People often see one offer in an ad and hear another on a call. We align messages so customers receive a consistent story at every step.

Materials based on real conversations. We talk to salespeople and, if you provide call recordings or correspondence, analyse those too. This reveals the questions and concerns customers raise most often.

Rules between marketing and sales. We agree what makes an enquiry sales-ready, how quickly it is picked up, and how sales reports enquiry quality. These rules are recorded in a short document.

We do not sell on your behalf. Customer conversations, prices, discounts and closing deals remain your team's responsibility. Technical sales automation is handled by the automation team under a separate agreement.

No invented arguments. Materials use only facts you can verify. We do not guarantee sales outcomes: they depend on the product, price and salespeople's work.

When you need this service

01 /

Every salesperson tells a different story

There is no shared presentation or proposal template. Customers receive different descriptions of the same product.

02 /

Leads arrive, but conversations go nowhere

Enquiries reach sales, but customers disappear after the first contact. It is worth reviewing what they are told and how.

03 /

Marketing and sales blame each other

One team says the leads are poor; the other says they are handled badly. Shared criteria and feedback are needed.

04 /

The offer has changed or a product has launched

Ads already communicate the new offer while sales materials still describe the old one. We update them to match the current offer.

05 /

New salespeople take a long time to get started

Product knowledge and common answers exist only in experienced colleagues' heads. We turn them into materials that make onboarding easier.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You provide access to salespeople and conversations; we analyse them, prepare materials and rules, and agree them with you.

  1. 01

    Review current sales activity

We talk to salespeople and review existing materials, correspondence and call recordings where available. Deliverable: common questions, objections and gaps.

  2. 02

    Messages and structure

We align key arguments with what advertising and the website say, and identify the materials needed first.

  3. 03

    Preparing materials

We write copy, conversation guides and templates, and design presentations. You approve each item.

  4. 04

    Collaboration rules

Together with marketing and sales managers, we record enquiry criteria, handover procedures and feedback rules.

  5. 05

    Implementation

We review materials with salespeople and collect their revisions after the first customer conversations.

FAQ

Sales enablement questions

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Do you write sales scripts?

We prepare response guides and a conversation structure based on your customers' actual questions. These support the salesperson and can be adapted to each conversation, rather than providing a rigid script to read from a screen.

How does this differ from building a sales funnel?

A funnel defines stages in the customer journey and who is responsible at each one. Sales enablement fills those stages with materials and agreements between teams. These often follow in sequence: first the funnel, then the materials.

Do you teach sales techniques?

We explain the materials and arguments and review common situations with salespeople. Training in sales techniques is not included in this service.

Can customer case studies be used in the materials?

Yes, if they are your real cases and the customers have agreed to be mentioned. We help describe them. We do not add invented stories or figures.

Who is responsible for lead quality?

Responsibility is shared, so the rules are shared too. Marketing is responsible for whom it attracts and with what promise; sales is responsible for timely handling and feedback. We record this in agreements between the teams. All questions and answers
