Automation support

We support workflows, integrations, bots and reports after launch: monitoring failures, restoring operation and refining logic when a process or external service changes.

What automation support means at Eqvola

Automations depend on services that change without your knowledge: APIs, charges and limits are updated, and access keys are revoked. A workflow that worked at launch therefore needs attention over time.

Support means agreed monitoring of workflows, response to failures and controlled changes. New rules are added after approval and documented, rather than through unnoticed edits.

We support automations built by us or by others. In the latter case, we first take an inventory: what works, where access is held and what documentation is missing.

Response times, enquiry channels and scope are recorded in the agreement. We do not promise round-the-clock response without a separate agreement. We cannot control failures in external services, but we detect them and help restore operation.

When you need automation support

01 /

Failures are discovered too late

Customers or colleagues report a problem after data has already been lost. We configure monitoring and a response procedure.

02 /

The person who configured everything has left

Nobody remembers the access details or logic, and every change is risky. We take an inventory and document what exists.

03 /

The process has changed, but the automation has not

New stages, products or owners have appeared, but workflows still follow old rules. We refine the logic in a controlled way.

04 /

An integration stopped after a service update

An API, pricing or access change interrupted data exchange. We restore operation and consider how to reduce the risk of recurrence.

05 /

You need small changes without a new project

Adding a field, changing a template or an assignment rule. Within support, this follows an agreed process.

What support includes

01

Monitoring

  • checking logs and error notifications;
  • monitoring limits, charges and access key expiry dates;
  • periodically checking workflows against the process;
  • reviewing AI assistant conversations where applicable.
02

Failure response

  • identifying causes and restoring operation;
  • reprocessing failed operations where safe;
  • updating responsible people on status and consequences;
  • updates following changes in external services.
03

Ongoing development

  • small changes to rules, fields and templates;
  • estimating larger changes before carrying them out;
  • updating logic and access documentation;
  • suggestions about what to simplify or remove.

HOW WE WORK

How support works

You approve the scope and change process; we monitor operation and respond to failures.

  1. 01

    Inventory

    We compile workflows, systems, access and owners. Deliverable: an automation map and list of risks.

  2. 02

    Support agreement

    We agree scope, enquiry channels, response times and change procedures. We record what support includes and what is estimated separately.

  3. 03

    Monitoring and response

    We monitor error alerts, restore operation and explain the causes of failures.

  4. 04

    Regular review

    We check automations against the process and suggest changes. New rules are implemented after approval.

What you receive

01 /

An automation map

What runs, where, with which access and who is responsible.

02 /

A failure response procedure

Errors do not go unnoticed and are handled under agreed rules.

03 /

Up-to-date logic

Workflows evolve with your process and connected services.

04 /

A change history

You can see what was changed in automations, when and why.

What we need from you

  • access to workflow platforms, CRM and other systems within the agreed scope;
  • someone who approves changes;
  • a responsible contact on your side who receives failure alerts;
  • advance notice of process changes before they go live;
  • existing automation documentation, if available.

What determines the cost

01

Ways to work together

Regular support. An agreed scope of monitoring, response and changes for a defined period.

On-demand support. Fixes and improvements when needed, with a separate estimate.

02

What determines the cost

  • the number of workflows, integrations and systems;
  • the importance of the processes and agreed response time;
  • the frequency of changes to processes and services;
  • the state of documentation for automations built by others.
03

What is paid for separately

  • workflow platform, CRM, AI model and other service charges;
  • server resources if workflows run on your server;
  • major improvements outside the agreed scope.

FAQ

Questions about automation support

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Do you support automations built by others?

Yes, after an inventory. We review how workflows are built, where access is held and what documentation is missing. If anything is configured riskily, we suggest what to fix first.

How quickly do you respond to a failure?

Response time is set in the agreement according to the process’s importance. We do not promise round-the-clock response unless separately agreed.

What if the failure is in an external service?

We cannot fix it, but we detect the problem, notify those responsible and help process failed operations after recovery. If failures recur, we suggest ways to reduce the dependency.

How does this differ from website technical support?

Technical support in development concerns websites, applications and their code. Automation support covers workflows, integrations, bots and reports between systems. If both are needed, we coordinate the work within one team. All questions and answers
