YouTube channel development for businesses and experts

We develop the channel concept, plan episodes, film or edit videos, and package and publish them on schedule. You contribute expertise; we handle the rest of production.

What YouTube channel development involves

Regular episodes, not editing a single video. One successful video is welcome, but a channel needs a system: clear topics, a schedule and conclusions after each month.

The channel and access remain yours. We use the permissions you grant and do not transfer ownership to ourselves.

Usually your expert appears on camera. People come to hear their experience. They therefore need regular time for filming; we work to minimise the time required.

We can film, or you can. We can handle filming or use videos you record yourself.

Paid promotion is separate. We develop the channel and prepare videos. Paid video promotion is a separate service with a separate budget.

We do not guarantee views, subscribers or monetisation. YouTube's algorithms decide recommendations, and the platform sets monetisation terms. We are responsible for quality, consistency and honest analysis.

When to invest in a YouTube channel

01 /

You have expertise but no channel

You have useful knowledge and customers listen with interest. Yet months have passed between “we should launch a channel” and the first episode.

02 /

The channel exists, but a video appears once every six months

The latest video wished subscribers a happy last New Year. Ideas exist; a system and capacity are missing.

03 /

Videos exist but receive few views. You film regularly, yet colleagues make up most of the audience.

It is worth reviewing topics, titles, thumbnails and what your audience actually searches for.

04 /

Customers keep asking the same questions

If you answer a question for the tenth time in a week, you can answer it in a video and send the link instead of another long message.

05 /

You want people to see you before the first conversation

Someone who has watched several episodes arrives at a meeting already familiar with your approach. You do not have to start from scratch.

What YouTube channel development includes

01

Preparation

  • channel concept: audience, topics, formats and publishing frequency;
  • channel design: banner, description, playlists and a consistent thumbnail style;
  • an episode plan for one or several months.
02

Production

  • scripts or talking points for the presenter;
  • filming, if required;
  • editing, graphics and subtitles;

Shorts from longer videos or separate ideas.

03

Publishing and analysis

  • titles, descriptions, thumbnails and timestamps;
  • publishing on the agreed schedule;

Video formats for a YouTube channel

01 /

Expert analysis

An in-depth explanation of a topic you know better than others. A foundation for an expert channel.

02 /

A guide or answer to a question: how to do, choose or configure something.

Answers what people search for on YouTube and Google.

03 /

An interview or guest conversation

A conversation with a customer, partner or colleague. Adds new voices and viewers to the channel.

04 /

A product or process overview: how your product works or what happens behind the scenes.

Answers some questions before purchase.

05 /

Behind the scenes and work stories

The team, decisions, mistakes and lessons. What brings the channel to life and makes the brand human.

06 /

Shorts

Short vertical videos drawn from longer episodes or standalone ideas. They help introduce you to new viewers.

We choose formats for your audience and resources. A channel you can realistically maintain is better than one that looks good only in a presentation.

Who appears on camera and how much time it takes

01

The owner or expert

The strongest option for trust: people see and hear the person they will work with.

02

Team members

Several specialists, each covering their own topic. The workload is shared and the channel gains different voices.

03

A host or actor

Suitable for specific formats such as guides or reviews. For an expert channel, they cannot replace genuine expertise.

04

Videos without faces

Screen recordings, products, processes and voiceovers. An option if nobody is ready to appear on camera.

If being on camera still feels uncomfortable, our instructors can help with speech, delivery and confidence. Public speaking and on-camera skills

HOW WE WORK

How channel development works

You approve the concept, plans and finished videos. We handle the rest of the organisation.

  1. 01

    Introduction and channel review

    We discuss your goals, audience and resources. If the channel exists, we examine statistics and videos to see what works. Deliverable: an understanding of the starting point.

  2. 02

    Concept and episode plan

    We define the channel's subject, audience, formats and publishing frequency, then prepare an episode plan for approval.

  3. 03

    Channel design

    Banner, description, playlists and thumbnail style, so new viewers understand the channel within seconds.

  4. 05

    Analysis and plan adjustments

    We review statistics, compare episodes and update the next month's plan.

How to assess channel development

Views: how often videos were watched and where viewers came from.

Retention: how long people watch and where they leave.

Thumbnail click-through rate: how often viewers click a video when they see it in search or recommendations.

Subscribers: how many people choose to follow the channel.

Visits and enquiries: how many people visit your website or contact you, where this can be tracked.

What we need from you

  • channel access through YouTube Studio permissions, without sharing a password;
  • a presenter and regular time for filming;
  • topics and questions customers ask most often;
  • someone to approve plans, scripts and editing;
  • brand guidelines, if available.

Customer questions are particularly valuable: they often produce the most useful episodes.

Ways to work together

Channel launch: concept, design and a plan for the first episodes. Suitable for a new channel or relaunch.

Development without filming: you record; we handle planning, scripts, editing, design, publishing and analysis.

02

What determines the cost

  • the monthly number of videos and Shorts;
  • video length and editing complexity;
  • whether we film or you do;
  • the number of shoots and participants.

FAQ

YouTube channel development questions

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Do you work with long videos and Shorts?

Yes, both. Long videos explore topics and demonstrate expertise; Shorts introduce you to new viewers. We often create Shorts from longer episodes so one shoot supports several formats.

Who should appear on camera?

Ideally, the owner or expert: people want to see whom they will work with. Several team members can take part, a host can cover specific formats, or videos can avoid showing faces. We choose the approach together during concept development.

Can we commission channel development without filming?

Yes. You film; we handle planning, scripts or talking points, editing, design, publishing and analysis. Before starting, we advise on recording setup so footage is suitable for editing.

Do we need to share the channel password?

No. You grant access through YouTube Studio permissions. The channel remains yours, and access can be changed or revoked at any time.

We already have a channel with old videos. What happens to them?

We start with analysis: which videos still bring views and which should be updated or hidden. Successful older episodes can often be reused by updating titles and thumbnails, creating Shorts or adding them to playlists. All questions and answers
