A brief introduction to your business
What you sell, to whom and where. For a new product, an idea and description of future users are enough.
DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
You do not need a finished strategy or technical specification to take the first step. Describe your business, current situation and desired change. We will discuss possible approaches, budget constraints and a sensible starting point.
YOUR NEXT STEP
A few sentences are enough. We will discuss what exists, what needs to change and which stage to start with.
HOW WE WORK
Your business, the current situation and what needs to change.
A conversation about priorities, scope and a sensible starting point.
A proposal. Then a contract, payment and detailed work.
What you sell, to whom and where. For a new product, an idea and description of future users are enough.
A website or social media link, or a description of the existing system or materials. A lack of resources is not a reason to avoid getting in touch.
Promotion, content, a process, a tool or a specific feature. A real example is more useful than a long list of technologies.
An approximate budget, important deadlines and your team’s involvement. If these are undecided, simply say so.
In the first conversation, we clarify the task and discuss the working format. We then prepare a proposal appropriate to how well-defined the project is. In-depth research, strategy, design and technical planning begin after the contract and payment. We do not disguise full project work as a free consultation.
Use ordinary words. “We want to organise our social media”, “the website does not explain our services”, “staff manually transfer orders” or “we need an app for customers” is enough to start a conversation.
Do not use this form to send passwords, payment details, customer databases or confidential documents. If additional materials are needed for an estimate, we will separately agree exactly what to provide and how.
FAQ
Send it through the form and we will reply.
Go to formNo. A guide helps choose the format, but it is fine to say it is undecided. We will discuss possible stages and resources without inventing a precise estimate before understanding the task.
Yes. Describe who it is for and what it should change. If needed, we can begin with paid research and design to turn the idea into a defined scope.
Select the relevant service areas in the brief or “Let’s work it out together”. A website and its promotion, for example, can form one project with separate stages and budgets.
No. A description and public links are enough for the first conversation. We arrange access and confidential materials separately once the need and working process are agreed.
We do not work on illegal projects. Other conditions and the fit between the task and our team’s capabilities are discussed directly. If another format is needed, we say so before work begins.
