The Eqvola team

We know what we're doing. Well, that's what we tell clients, anyway.

We are the Eqvola team, a technology company with a strong marketing division. We bring together marketing, design, video, development and automation. Together, we build business solutions, generate ideas and sometimes generate even more questions than answers.

Everyone has their own responsibilities, professional quirks and idea of a perfect result. But we share something: we love what we do and know how to work together, even when someone messages the chat again with “Just one small clarification”.

Meet the team.

Who leads each area

Maksym Tiahai, Head of Eqvola

Maksym Tiahai

Head of Eqvola

The person responsible for making sure everything has a plan, a deadline and at least a rough explanation of what is happening. He coordinates the team, manages projects and tries to turn all the brilliant ideas into something achievable within one lifetime.

Superpower
seeing the whole picture while everyone else zooms in to 400%.
Weakness
the phrase “I have another idea”.
Ruslana Tiahai, Marketing Director at Eqvola

Ruslana Tiahai

CMO · Marketing Director

Ruslana knows why a brand needs content, why that audience is not buying and why “let's just run ads” is not a strategy. She leads marketing, positioning and communication. If you have a business but do not know how to talk about it, Ruslana is already conducting an audit in her head.

Superpower
turning a chaotic “we want something interesting” into a marketing strategy.
Weakness
decisions made on the principle of “I just like it”.
Serhii Fedorenko, Technical Director at Eqvola

Serhii Fedorenko

CTO · Technical Director

Serhii handles technology, development and automation. While the team discusses how everything should look, he works out how to make it function too. He knows an entire world of technical detail can sit behind one button, and “a small change” can open a new branch of project development.

Superpower
finding technical problems before they become everyone's problem.
Weakness
a three-word specification: “Make it work”.

Who works on your projects

Marketing and content

Copy, visuals and video for social media, ads and websites. Everything your customers see passes through these people.

Dariia Hryhorash, SMM specialist and content creator at Eqvola

Dariia Hryhorash

SMM specialist and content creator

Dariia develops copy, scripts and content intended to connect with the audience. She can turn one idea into a whole content series and an ordinary sentence into a creative exploration. She knows writing “we're great” is not enough, however tempting it may be.

Superpower
finding what a brand should say when it does not yet know itself.
Weakness
a blank page that already has 17 headline options five minutes later.
Khrystyna Tsiupa, SMM specialist and designer at Eqvola

Khrystyna Tsiupa

SMM specialist and designer

Khrystyna makes sure a brand looks more valuable than its last redesign. She creates visuals and works with colour, type and composition. She sees differences between shades that most people will probably never notice. And yes, that spacing really does matter.

Superpower
making things beautiful even when the reference is “something minimal, but with wow”.
Weakness
the phrase “could you make the little logo a bit bigger?”
Tymofii Stryzhak, video producer at Eqvola

Tymofii Stryzhak

Video producer

Tymofii turns ideas into videos and chaotic shoots into material worth showing. He handles the process, visual delivery and technical quality. He knows 30 seconds of finished video can mean hours of work, dozens of takes and someone forgetting their lines at the last moment.

Superpower
building a story from footage even when everyone had a different idea of the script during filming.
Weakness
“Let's do one more take, just in case.”

Development and automation

Websites, digital products, CRM and integrations. This team checks that things work as well as they look.

Maksym Pryimak, business development and QA manager at Eqvola

Maksym Pryimak

Business development and QA manager

Maksym finds potential clients, talks to them and helps identify the solution they need. Then he tests products, finds bugs and proves that “it works on my machine” means very little.

Superpower
finding what everyone missed and asking the question that makes everyone look closely at the screen.
Weakness
when someone says “that's definitely the last bug”.

Who teaches speech and on-camera skills

Sessions are led by two actresses from our team, Khrystyna Tsiupa and Dariia Hryhorash. Alongside teaching, they work in Eqvola's marketing division: Khrystyna creates visuals and Dariia writes copy and scripts.

They prepare owners, experts and teams for videos, public speaking and presentations. And they certainly know what to do with your hands when the camera starts rolling.

What we work on in sessions

  • Speech: diction, articulation, pace, pauses and intonation.
  • Ideas and structure: how to explain a product briefly and build arguments for your audience.
  • Camera and public speaking: natural delivery using your material: a presentation, video address or product explanation.

Formats: individual sessions, team training or preparation for a specific video or presentation. The programme is tailored to your task.

How we work together

We are different, and it works. Someone thinks about strategy, someone about typefaces, someone writes a script, and someone explains why the idea does not work yet. We sometimes disagree and sometimes change everything at the last moment, but ultimately unite around a shared goal: creating solutions that truly help businesses.

Here is what that looks like from your side:

We assemble the team for the task.

Strategy, video and CRM need different people. We involve those your project needs rather than everyone at once.

One manager is your point of contact.

Your project has an assigned manager who knows who is doing what and which stage you have reached. You do not need to search through chats for the right person.

We agree roles at the start.

Before work begins, we agree who delivers on our side, who approves on yours and which materials are needed.

We work with your specialists.

If you already have a marketer, designer or developer, we work together and agree responsibilities in advance.

We are open about partners.

If a task needs a specialist outside our team, we say so clearly and explain who is responsible for what.

Languages and geography.

We work in Ukrainian and English. Planning and development can be remote; our filming base is in Ivano-Frankivsk. Other locations are agreed separately.

What the team is working on

While our case studies section is being developed, we are presenting Eqvola's own products.

Dilvero

An Eqvola product

A CRM for sales and project management. It collects enquiries from connected sources, shows responsibilities and helps manage projects and tasks.

Tenlivo

An Eqvola product

A workspace for content, customer conversations, business knowledge and bookings. The product is in development.

Omenix

An Eqvola product

A self-reflection app: Tarot, numerology and basic astrology with AI explanations. For reflection and entertainment, not prediction.

Questions about working with the team

Who will be my contact?

The manager assigned to your project. They coordinate the team, keep you informed and answer questions. If you need to speak to a particular specialist, the manager arranges it.

Who will work on my project?

It depends on the task. Strategy involves the marketing team, video involves production, and websites or CRM involve the technical team. We name the team in the proposal before work starts.

How are materials approved?

At the start, we define who approves on your side, at which stages, and how many revision rounds are included. This keeps approval from stretching across several chats and half a month.

How much time do you need from us?

Most at the start: explaining the task and providing materials and access. Afterwards, you participate through approvals at the agreed stages. We can be more specific once we understand the task.

Can you work with our specialists or contractors?

Yes. We can strengthen your team or work alongside your contractors. The key is agreeing responsibilities in advance.

Eqvola: serious about results. Not always serious about ourselves.

Let's discuss your project

Tell us what needs to be done. We will explain who will join your project and where to start.

What do you need done?

Share only what is needed for the first conversation. Do not include passwords or confidential access details.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required so we can reply to your enquiry.
