PR and media relations

We find topics in the company's work that may interest journalists, prepare materials and expert comments, and communicate with editorial teams. The media decide whether to publish; we make the proposal useful to them.

What PR and media relations mean at Eqvola

This is ongoing work on how the media cover your company and its experts. We look for topics relevant to a particular publication's readers, prepare materials and pitch them to editorial teams.

We do not guarantee publication in particular media. The editorial team decides what to publish. We are responsible for relevant topics, quality materials and professional communication with journalists.

Paid placement is advertising. Guaranteed publication can be bought as sponsored or advertising content. The publication labels it accordingly, and we do not present it as editorial content.

Verified facts only. We use information you can substantiate. No invented figures or bold claims that will later need to be retracted.

Your expert speaks. We prepare talking points and help with wording, but the comment must reflect what the person genuinely knows and thinks.

When you need this service

01 /

You have news, but nobody writes about it

A new product, opening or partnership stays on your website. Nobody has explained to journalists why it deserves attention.

02 /

You want your expert to be invited to comment

Articles regularly appear in your industry featuring other voices. Your expert knows just as much, but editorial teams have not heard of them.

03 /

Trust before a complex sale

A customer or partner looks for information about you before deciding. Coverage in specialist media helps form an impression before the first meeting.

04 /

You are preparing a launch, event or important announcement

You need a press release, materials for journalists and a plan for whom to send them to and when.

05 /

Journalists get in touch, but nobody responds

Requests get lost in the general inbox. You need rules on who responds, what can be commented on and how copy is approved.

Working with editorial teams

  • a media kit: company description, photos and press contacts;
  • tracking contacts, pitches and editorial responses;
  • a report on publications and mentions.

HOW WE WORK

How the work progresses

You approve topics, copy and quotations; we handle finding angles, preparing materials and communicating with editorial teams.

  1. 01

    Getting to know the company

We establish what you do, who can speak for the company and which topics are sensitive. Result: an understanding of what we can discuss publicly.

  2. 02

    Topics and media list

We find angles and select publications whose readers may be interested. Result: a PR plan for your approval.

  3. 03

    Preparing materials

We write press releases, talking points, columns and the media kit. You approve all facts and quotations.

  4. 04

    Communication with editorial teams

We send pitches, answer journalists' questions and arrange interviews.

  5. 05

    Report and next topics

We record publications and editorial responses, then decide together what to do next.

FAQ

Questions about PR and media relations

Can’t find your question?

Send it through the form and we will reply.

Go to form
Do you guarantee publication in a specific outlet?

No. The editorial team decides whether to publish, and no agency can honestly guarantee that decision. We select relevant media, prepare useful materials and communicate professionally. Guaranteed placement is possible only as paid content labelled as advertising.

Can we buy an article in the media?

Many publications offer sponsored or advertising content. We can help with copy and negotiations, but the material is published with the appropriate label. We will not present it as editorial content.

What if we have no major news?

A news angle does not have to be a launch or opening. Readers may value expert opinions on industry changes, your observations or practical advice. We find these topics together with you.

Do you work with industry and regional media?

Yes. For many companies, a specialist or local publication is more useful than a large general outlet because it has the readers they need. We build the media list around your audience.

Do you help in a crisis?

We can prepare the company's position, responses to journalists' requests and rules on who comments on what. We do not provide a legal assessment, so we recommend involving a lawyer where needed. All questions and answers
